I'd probably go with Halak. His early injury is the only reason he doesn't have more points.
Hey guys I have Rask (37 pts) in my pool but there are some goalies out there I'm thinking of going for. In my format W=3, GA= -0.5, SV=0.1, SHO=2.
I only want to make one waiver move on a goalie and ride it out for the year because goalies aren't that significant but I think we've seen enough hockey to make a move. Available is Craig Anderson (55 pts) Luongo (48) Lehtonen (43). Andersen and Halak are available and they have 34 points each. I just don't know what to do here. Go with the guy with the most points but I already have 2 Ottawa players, so maybe Luongo is the better play? Or is Halak the guy to take a gamble on? Appreciate any input, I'm stumped.

I'm thinking Anderson because Hammond can't stay healthy and he might start the back-to-back tonight and is coming off two straight shutouts but Halak seems like the longer term play. Tough call.
Would you be dropping Rask to pick one of these guys up? If so, don't.
I'd expect Rask to get the most points out of all those tenders. If your league allows you to pick up a goalie without dropping Rask, then you need to go with an upside play (Assuming that only one goalie counts at that end and you have Rask as a backup in case things didn't work out). If that's the case I'd probably roll the dice with Anderson or Halak. They're both injury prone, both play for good teams, and both are capable of putting up elite numbers. I don't think Florida will win enough games for Lou to be a top option, and Boudreau is messing with Andersen's value. Lehtonen is not going to play enough to be worth it in a league like this.

If this is to drop Rask and grab one of those guys I'd probably stand pat.
If you are just adding I'd say Halak, his totals would be higher without the injury
