    Default Drop Miller for Varlamov?

Roster and point scheme is in my sig. This past week Varlamov was just got dropped by a fustrated owner and I am considering dropping Miller for him. Now Miller has gotten me 41 pts for me so far but as Dobber and a few other writers have mentioned his save percentage and GAA have been terrible giving a sign its the canucks that have kept him in it. And with the recent losing streak he is on I am getting the feeling the bubble is bursting on Miller and the canucks are going towards a big down turn from there good start.

Varlamov I am hoping once he returns the Avs will start to show up again.

I have attempted to try and move Miller to other teams but it seems everyone in my league is avoiding him because the feeling he is just off to a hot start. I'm wanting to try anything because I am losing by 80 pts to a 1st place team that basically pulled off a questionable trade at the beginning of the season with a "new" owner that he is friends with. The trade ended up being: P. Kane, T. Seguin, and F. Andersen for JVR, Hopkins, R. Murphy, C. Jankork and his 2015 1st rounder (low pick)

To add insult I later learned form other GM's that he sabotaged other trade offers going to the "New' owner as this new owner has never been in a hockey fantasy pool and relied on his opinion.

So yeah a little bit of a rant there that has irked me all year.

    Anyways, thoughts on this?

    Thanks!

With points for wins and shutouts only, I'm basically choosing Vancouver over Colorado. Miller hasn't stolen a ton of games for the Canucks, but at the end of the day it doesn't matter as long as he's getting those Ws.

12 team H2H Most Cats Wins; Keep 6/winner keeps 7; G A PPP +/- SHP SOG HIT BLK PIM // W SV GAA SV% SHO

    C - McDavid, Crosby, Tavares
    LW - DeBrincat
    RW - Meier, Miller

    G - Jarry

Agreed, stick with Miller in a league with wins and shutouts only. Plus, Varlamov just can't stay healthy enough to be reliable this year.

Please go with Miller. You do not want to have to deal with that random update " oh Varlamov blew out his groin again"

Thanks for the advice guys. Well hopefully Dallas doesn't blow him out the next game then and he can get me some points. Bad enough it seems I have lost Bishop for the short term :s

Are you thinking Pickard will unseat Varlamov?

I doubt it, Varly has a track record and certainly showed Roy last year he can be the man. Roy must know his team's issues this year go beyond the net. I grabbed Pickard to handcuff Varly just in case as Varly will be out for 1-2 more weeks anyway.
