I see we get as many 6-member groups as possible.
If we get 2 or 3 groups, then we take the top 2 or 3 from each and go to a tier system next year.

I think we have to have 8-member groups do we not? I guess it doesn't even have to be tiers but could rather just be two individual groups. The 8 returning teams first dibs at the same group... any new guys can form a new group, and if we need a guy or two to go in both to even out the 8 members of the next group... I am sure it works.

The reason that it doesn't need to be tiered... Its not like a fantasy year long league where you can make changes and manage your team to be better. This draft, you pick your teams and you are stuck with the team whether Luck plays a full season or Manning is a back-up quarterback.

The teams in each tier need to be divisible by 4. 32NFL/4Dobber teams = 8NFLteams/DT. 32/8=4, 32/16=2
