There are four players I would consider, given the depth of the league and the fact it is a PPR format. In no real particular order:
Frank Gore -- Proven track record and quality production at a position that lacks depth for fantasy.
NaVorro Bowman -- Tackles, tackles and more tackles. He's been among the league leaders the past two years. It seems like he'd be pretty hard to replace.
Randall Cobb -- I'm biased as a Packers fan. However, he's the best receiver on the team and a touchdown waiting to happen. He reminds me a lot of Percy Harvin, and the Packers sure don't hesitate to get him the ball as often as they possibly can.
Darren Sproles -- He's so valuable in PPR. 86 catches a year ago and 75 in 13 games this season. How can you not keep a guy who offers that, the potential for 1,000 total yards and 8-10 touchdowns per season.
I'd probably keep Gore, Bowman and Sproles. Cobb would be a close fourth choice.

Maybe Gore, but I'm not sold on the rest.

Hey guys, with keepers due soon I have almost decided on Witten, Sproles and Cobb as my three keepers but I've just recieved an offer of Doug Martin for my first overall pick. Should I take it and is he a better keeper than Sproles?
Thanks

Make this trade ASAP! Then I would keep Martin, Sproles (ppr stud) and Cobb...TE is such a crapshoot this year. Unless you have Graham, I don't see much of a difference between the guys ranked 3-10. Thus, no reason to keep a TE over 2 young ppr studs in the making (Martin, Cobb) and a ppr stud for the past 2-3 years (Sproles).
Nice, thanks. Along the lines of what I was thinking and the pick is 14th overall. Rep for ya'

First off, make that trade as soon as you can and just enjoy the free ride Dougie will offer. Next, TE is a crapshoot as previously mentioned -- Graham, Gronk, Tony G, and after that it REALLY falls off.. next in line in my opinion would be Witten and Davis, and Witten can do great with PPR but what Cobb will give you will be slightly less receptions but a lot more pay dirt points.
I agree with the other post in you keeping Martin, Sproles, and Cobb. Sproles will also make up for any lost receptions from dropping Witten.

Thanks, trade accpeted and put through. So Cobb and Martin are set in stone but still wavering on Sproles and Witten.
Witten is Romo's go to guy and will get plenty of catches but Sproles has Colston, Graham and Moore to contend with and NO likes to spread the ball around. Any other opions please?
Thanks

I firmly believe that you're on the right track by thinking Witten here.
Sproles is valuable in a PPR, no doubt, but if your league uses a TE position then I think you simply have to keep Witten. Thin doesn't even begin to describe the TE ranks this season. The advantage of having a guy like Graham, Gronk or Witten (especially in a PPR in the case of Witten) is almost difficult to overstate. Even if Sproles exceeds expectations this season, his value over other RB2 types should not remotely approach the difference in value between Witten and all but one (or two, depending on Gronk's health) other TEs in fantasy. Such an advantage to have over the competition going into each week. Witten is my vote.

Darren Sproles - I am all over NO this year. That team is gonna rack points to make up for their shitty D.
Randall Cobb - easy pick here, maybe Aaron's new gem and we'll at least provide WR2 #'s
David Wilson - he's a couple years away yet from huge numbers but its all there, he can still pop this year, great situation. Poor o line tho
Dwayne Bowe - new qb, better o line....
