Braun, safe to draft?

my draft is tonight and I am wondering if Braun is safe to draft with the allegations of mlb coming after him.

Do I draft him like I usually would as a top 5 pick? if he slip to 20-30 picks?

Yep, there's no guarantee he gets suspended. He probably has an awesome legal team as well.
