    Default McGinn finally heating up

zero points and 7 SOG in his first 4 games

I'm trying to decide what is more astonishing...a) your patience to hold onto him [and congratulations btw...most of us poolies are too hasty to punt players], or b) that a player with a career high of 37 points was fantasy relevant in your draft.

Haha, well in all fairness McGinn was sick last year fantasy-wise when he had chemistry with Stastny. Good on you Mcgoo for hanging on.

I was thinking about going with him for a three game play this week but instead i took Marcus FOligno. can't complain with Foligno's output but I think McGinn would have been better.

hahahaha, yeah I know, but we count hits so that gives him a bit more value than just pts. I just really liked how well he played when he came over to COL last season so I felt he was well worth a late round pick if he can get me 50pts (or rather that pace this season anyway).

McGinn is a very solid player in deeper multi-cat leagues. Hits, shoots the puck and since moved to Colorado he's been scoring at a good pace. Playing in Colorado's top-6 he can become a 50 point player and there's always value in that.

McGinn is a multicategory stud, glad he finally heats up. Was proud of this pick and love this type of player in real life or fantasy.
