What can I get for Kemp?

12 team dynasty 5x5. I'm in third, back by 6, want to make a run for it. I'm thinking I can get a couple good players that'll offer me points instead of having Kemp on the DL.

Saves is a need. Could I get a good closer and a hitter? Woul A. Gonzalez and a closer be enough? What about Mccutchen and Gonzalez?

I don't think you can get a-gon and mccutchen for kemp but if you can do it. Kemp is for sure a special player but if you need to make a move cf are easy ish to find a good replacement and someone like kemp can fetch you 2 realy good player in return. I would look to the last place teams I'm sure they would kill to get a guy like kemp and see what the have to offer. And if nothing start a bidding war by posting it to your entire league that you want to move him.

Buddy, if you can get McCutchen and Gonzo for Kemp...do it now. Even if it means adding another okay player to the deal, that's tremendous value for Kemp.

haha ok thanks guys. I wasn't able to get that deal, but I do have open to me kinsler/kimbrel for kemp. I need the saves, but I already have phillips at second, along with seager to fill in. kinsler would be a great abt to have at my util spot, but i mean, so would kemp. rest of my OF is Braun/Pence/Melky, Jay/Lahair/Rasmus/Berry on the bench.

so should i take that deal?

It is a great time to deal Kemp... but you should definitely be getting good value back.
Post the top 3-4 players on the bottom 3-4 teams in the league.
Maybe we can help come up with a decent trade proposal.

I don't think there is a good package from Team #11 (Pedroia+either is too little)

I'm really not a fan of targetting saves... one category to target in return just always scares me.
I don't focus on including closers in a trade in any pool.

I like the team 9 trade. For team 10 Id rather have axford than darvish, but i dont think with reyes itd be enough.

I also just got Wilhelmsen off waivers, so I have less of a need for closers now.

one other factor, I'm way over the pace for the max innings limit. So adding pitchers doesn't help too much in that sense

I'd take Trumbo and a proven SP, but not Moore.

I agree, Moore is still a bit of a question mark where as kemp most certainly is not. I love trumbo but you should definetly get a more proven sp.
