You are right, I did finish way ahead. Without Crawford and Hanley doing much of anything. Hardy stepped up huge for hanley. McCutchen I added in a trade. Bumgarner as well. I drafted Lance Berkman and was able to get a nice package for him when he was stinking hot. Vmart didn't have a great start no power. My aces weren't true aces...Votto did not have the season he had year before. Pedroia was hurt for a while. To note why I do get 15 others interested...besides the fact that some other teams are pretty damn good too is that we have the money well distributed. 2 division winners get money, wild card winner, champion and runner up. This year, 5 different people won money.

your guys are so closely ranked, any of them make sense for you; you could even keep Bum w/o really hurting your keepers much; or drop Bum and hope he makes it to your 1st pick. I like McCutchen alot, but whatever deal he wants bringing you Longoria is a winner
Yeah I have soooo much depth now and SOOOO much time before spring training...with no draft pick trading I'm thinking more and more about upgrading. NOT many upgrades for me out there besides Kershaw, braun and that owner won't move them. Halladay and Bautista owner COULD use the depth from a trade with me. Then there is Longoria.
what about Carlos Santana?? I would think he's hardly worth upgrading instead of longoria or the other 2.
I think I will start with Crawford and Vmart for Longoria. I hate getting rid of Vmart cause of his 540 AB's...and 100RBI's at a stupidly thin position but...Longoria is YOUNG and it may be smart for me to keep 4 stud pitchers with 6 hitters. Bautista and halladay are an option, that would take Lester and McCutchen++ or something.
