Hey guys I am in a 14 team dynasty league and was offered Howard for Pence, I have Pence, what do you guys think.

Your downgrade in OF with Crisp is bigger than your upgrade at 1B with Howard, so I would decline
But I can always move delmon young to OF and move Howard to utility
Think it's time to write off Young this year. Howard is on the decline, despite the good power numbers. I'd hold off on this deal as well.

I should have mention that the league starts next year, this is the first year, if I can get a prospect pick upgrade does that make a difference in your opinion
Based on your roster, you could try and go for it I suppose. One player won't affect your roster too much, so go for it, and hope for the best.
