part by part:
price is better than billinglsy by a good margin (lower end fantasy ace to fantasy #2-3)
marmol is slightly better than perez
Pence and aramis depend on what you need but by pure hitting pence is better.
Without knowing if you need a 3rd or OF more i take the price side.
I like the Price side, but if you're the one getting Ramirez or owning Ramirez then I have some suggestions for you. If you own Ramirez, trade him right now, his name value might fetch you a pretty good player where you might be a little weak. If you don't own Ramirez, stay away, don't touch him, he's just not the same player anymore.
