Howard down..Emery, Conks, Mac...spot starts?
So Howard went down, i grabbed Conks he sits tonight. Mac looked good, but gladly lost to my other tender Smitty. So do I stick with Conks, go with Emery (who is starting tomorrow and will get 1 of the B2B's this weekend) or Mac -
OR do I run the spot starting carousel until Howard gets back ? There are some decent guys on the wire. Emery, Biron, Harding, Montoya, Neuvirth, Bachman ?

With all those peripherals I'd avoid Chicago goaltending as well. Mac looked solid but I suspect Conklin will get the next start even though he blew the game vs. Edmonton. Depending on the number of moves you have in your league it's never a bad play to start Biron as he has solid numbers when he does get to start.
So:
1. Keep Conklin and see how he plays v. Edmonton on Wednesday.
2. Avoid Chicago; and
3. If you have the moves keep an eye on leftwinglock and start Biron every chance you get.
