Because Roloson is freaking owning.
Garon will defintely be platooning for a couple of games save a meltdown by Roloson.
It was probably a good idea to give Mathieu Garon the night off on Saturday, but why isn\'t he in there tonight? Everywhere I looked indicated he was starting @SJ, but it\'s been Roloson all night. What gives? Anyone know more info than I do? Is Garon going to start splitting starts from here on out?
Thanks for any help you can offer....

I don\'t like to read between the lines too much but that sounds like Roloson will more than platoon, that sounds like it\'s his job now.Edmonton looked dead and buried in the playoff race since Christmas, especially with the rash of injuries that have claimed Shawn Horcoff, Ethan Moreau, Sheldon Souray, Raffi Torres and Joni Pitkanen. But the Oilers now stand five points out of eighth place with nine games remaining.
“We need him,” MacTavish said. “I really felt we needed him to come in and win us a bunch of games in a row. And he’s well on his way.”

Nuts.
Okay, well I have Dan Ellis and Garon currently starting. Chris Osgood is on my bench (and for whatever reason, in our league, he\'s the only one that\'s undroppable...makes no sense, but whatever). Lineups are set weekly on Monday, and locks early this evening.
I\'m assuming I should go with Ellis and Osgood this week, even though Chris will probably only start one game.
However, available on the wire are Conklin, Lehtonen (yuck, I know), Josh Harding, Alex Auld, Erik Ersberg, Karri Ramo, and of course, Dwayne Roloson. Should I drop Garon and pick up (and possibly start this week) one of those others instead? Or should I just suck it up, start Osgood for now, and see what happens with Garon and Roloson in Edmonton?
Sorry for so much stuff, but this is my first year playing fantasy hockey, and I\'m in the hunt but REALLY need some goalie help. It\'s the one area where I\'ve really struggled lately, and GAA, SV%, and Wins are big.
