I would go with these two as well, without a doubt.
Emery has basically taken over starting duties for the 'Hawks for the time being, and has posted a .943 Sv% and a 3-0-1 record so far in December. He's going to have some serious value if he can keep up the quality play.
As for Schneider, he has shown that when given the ball he can certainly run with it. He's a bonafide stud in my eyes, and he will be an NHL starting goaltender next season. If Luongo stumbles again, or is injured, Schneider will have some serious value in 1yr. formats. His value is keeper leagues is already off the charts, as it probably should be.
