I would start both.
Rinne is a stud - I would never bench him. I don't care about the matchup.
Ward has been playing better, and with no Lundqvist I like their chances better at a win. But I would probably would have started him regardless, as I'd rather start my better goalies than risk benching a good performance. He and the Canes have struggled this season but he's improved lately, even without the wins.
Note - I would rarely sit my top two goalies as that's why I drafted them. Only with conflicts would I consider sitting my #2. Others look at matchups more, but I'd rather play them and it backfires than sit a good performance.

There is no reason not to start them if your stats are W, OTL and SO. No penalty for bad games - if you have two slots and those are your only options, you should start them.
Your only concern is games played where you might end up using games that might be put to better use, but with Neuvirth and Enroth as your 3rd and 4th goalies - I don't think you have that concern - Miller is soon to return - so getting in 164 games with those 4 goalies is going to be a close call anyway.
I think as Horrorfan suggests, Rinne is almost a must start and I actually have positive vibes about the Ward start - coaching change, home game, Ward looking better.
