HELP! Thomas+2nd for miller OR Bobby Ryan for simmonds, couturier, and 1st
Guys, I really need your input. I am going for it this year. What trade is better for me.
1st Trade Scenario:
I give away Ryan Miller
I get Tim Thomas and 2nd rd pick(16th overall)
OR
2nd Trade Scenario:
I give away Bobby Ryan
I get Wayne Simmonds, Sean Couturier, 1st (8th or 9th overall)
REMEMBER, I AM GOING FOR IT THIS YEAR!
I am doing one of these trades. Scoring system is simply 1pt=1pt No PIM pts. I will be putting in Simmonds in for Bobby Ryan or Tim Thomas in for Ryan Miller. Goalies 2pts for win and 2pts for shutouts.

Don't do either trade.
If you are hellbent on a trade then for this year I guess the Miller trade is less bad. You still lose the deal but not as badly
Definitely no go for either. With Thomas splitting duties with Rask, you lose the 1st trade. Simmonds cannot compare with Ryan and the addition of Couturier does not help you this year at all.
Keep what you have. Don't give away two of your better players for prospects, picks and an old goalie that is splitting starts in Boston.Originally Posted by THEBIGNASTY
