I'm not near as high on Elliott as others are but I'll still take him over Hamilton. I know youre a huge Hamilton fan though so maybe go with your gut.
My draft is near and I've been swaying back and forth on these two guys. My team and scoring is in my sig below.
Forget about anyone else, my pick has come down to Stefan Elliott or Dougie Hamilton.
This is a points only with heavy goal bonuses - NO intangibles to muddy the waters, no +/-, no PIM, no SOG. Also, production this year is a NON-factor.
So, who is my pick?

Elliot has the wheels and skills to turn heads!! Pick him up asap!
14 team points only league
9 forwards (3 of each position)
4 defense
2 goalies
farm team option
Must submit top 4 pointing players back into draft at end of every season
14 rounds
Can only carry over 12 players each year
I would go with Elliott for two reasons, first this is a goal heavy league and I believe this favors Elliott and two, you have insane D depth so I think the right call is to go with the player who has the highest upside and that would be Elliott. Hamilton is no slouch and probably the safer pick but the right call is Elliott.
12 team points only keeper (G = 1, A = 1, W = 2, SO = 2)
Dress 6 forwards, 4 defensemen, 2 goalies, weekly starts
Roster limit - 20 plus 4 prospects
If this was a league that counted +/-, PIM, hits and blocked shots, Hamilton would win in a landslide. However, with your setup it becomes such a close call that it's not even funny. I say go for the home-run in Elliott.
GO WINGS!
I think I'd take Elliot over Hamilton even in a roto-league, simply based on upside. Kid has all the tools to be a stud, though low peripherals. I see Hamilton as more of a two way player who could potentially produce Chara like numbers years down the road. I see Elliot with a higher upside and getting there faster. I'm really high on Elliot, though.

Thanks for the feedback, gang. My gut choice was Elliott ALL summer for the most part. Just looking for outside perspective and I'm getting it in spades here so far.

You Making Me Sick. You better take Elliott. He is your snuggle bunny. Leave the Dougies to the ones that have loved him from ever since the Flyers passed on him.
