Some talk on twitter of Varly maybe contemplating KHL next year. Ill post in another thread.
Neurvirth
Holtby
Varlamov
Short and long-term. Although Varlamov might take a game or two from Neuvirth for the remainder of the season..

There's an interesting bit of analysis up on Jasper's Rink. Neuvirth, Holtby and Varlamov's stats broken down by playoff/non-playoff teams. Credit to Wyshinski for pointing out the article on Puck Daddy.
Bottom line?
Holtby, on the other hand, is 5-0-2..419 - Combined winning percentage for Michal Neuvirth and Semyon Varlamov against teams that would qualify for the playoffs if the season ended today. In the 33 games over which that record was amassed, the Caps' top two netminders have gone 13-12-6 with a 2.64 Goals Against Average and a .908 save percentage.
That said, what he doesn't point out is that the Caps have played like an entirely different team during the time period that Holtby's had his cup of coffee. Bad stats for Neuvirth/Varlamov, but not as bad as it makes things seem.
My gut tells me Holtby is going to best of the bunch. He just looks more dominant.
