It will go down like this, I think, barring movement from the lottery (and assuming Colorado keeps sucking hard).
1 - EDM - Larsson
2 - COL - Landeskog
3 - OTT - RNH
4 - FLA - Couturier
5 - NYI - Murphy or Hamilton
Colorado could definitely end up picking RNH though. He has been compared to Sakic because of his game and his hometown (Burnaby, BC). Doesn't matter that they don't need centre right now, you don't draft for need.
God, we would have SO MANY C'S THOUGH! Stastny, Duchene, O'Reilly, Hishon, Winnik, McClemment, and then RNH? We need to replace our power winger we lost in the EJ trade and I think Landeskog is twice the player Stewart is. The kid has heart and leadership which we desperately need on this team right now.
If we do draft RNH I'd be ok with trading Stastny (maybe for Bobby Ryan? One can wish!). Although if we ended up with Larsson, I'd be really happy. Larsson-EJ pairing would be one of the best in the NHL.
