He didn't dress tonight and is listed as a healthy scratch, but he had 2 goals in his last game.
Is he really that far down the depth chart in Washington? I picked him up but I'll drop him for Hamhuis or Seidenberg if he's not going to get regular ice.

Yes, Boudreau will be resting random guys until the playoffs start because they have 25 NHL caliber guys and he doesn't want the guys that are healthy scratches to be scratched too often. It's nothing against Corvo, it was just his turn to sit.

Try reading just a bit of Tarik el-Bashir's Capitals Insider blog and Corvo getting scratched wouldn't be any surprise at all. Again, Boudreau has been and will be flipping players in and out of his roster until he finds the playoff combos he's the most comfortable with. With 25 NHL caliber players on the roster, that means that guys will become healthy scratches and he can't make everyone happy. So lay off the "are you a rookie" BS and do some basic reading.
