I'll play devil's advocate - in a 20 team dynasty league, depth is crucial...ah, who am I kidding, I'd probably make the trade to get Tkachuk. No, not probably, definitely.

Do you have similar level players ready to jump in the lineup? Probably worth it then to make the trade.
If you replacement is a big drop off then maybe not worth it.

In a 20 team Dynasty league, holy shit, your team is absolutely stacked at forward. Make the deal, and then your even more stacked (:
I will say however, that you might want to look toward improving your D and your goaltending depth which are weaker links on your team. You certainly have the assets up front to do so. If I was going to "poke" this trade a bit I would suggest that Robertson and Guentzel are high value assets that could be used to add a high-end D, maybe a depth goalie as well. Still, it's hard to turn down the opportunity to add BT.

You could drop Robertson and Guentzel and still be the best team in the league, so I don't think you ever need to come to us and ask if you should do a trade you clearly own your league.
