Owner says: Where do we go from here?
AA says: Post it publicly - but sort of a mid-range website, let fans "choose" - we have good confidence they'll also choose NameX and NameY.

Arizona was a minor league team like the like the Buzz start out in the movie - Major League back to the Minors.

But the coach makes them into a legit team that beats their Major League team.

The Hive can be the arena nickname. Swarm is fine. I was previously all onboard with Yetis, but I read somewhere that it crosses with the Avs and the bigfoot print.

you do realize quality of a team name is based on individual's opinion right? you put 10 people in the room and give them 20 names chances are everybody picks different...i personally think Outlaws would be horrible name ...

if they get public to decide it will be majority vote and i would imagine it will be round voting and not just one time...

Personally i dont think it matters what name they have, what will matter is how quick this team can become relevant because i think they got lots of good pieces and if they can add payroll they could be playoff team as soon as next year...

I think they’d be better off being called Utah Swarm then making their arena the Hive instead of being Utah Hive (which doesn’t really sound great to me).
Some of the names are pretty awful.
Outlaws better then most, I just don’t know the reason behind it?
