I would take Bouchard and hoping the down season of Robertson make him available for your redraft.
10 team league. POINTS league. Lineups lock on Mondays for the full week.
Start 6F, 4D, 2G
I'll be picking 10th and 11th overall. Many of my non keepers thrown back will get drafted early.
Goals are 3, Assists 2, +/- 1, PPG 1 are extra 1 point for everyone
Defenseman goals are 5, assists are 3.
I'm keeping:
Mackinnon, Q. Hughes, McDavid.
Here are my choices and how many points they scored.
1. Mackinnon 376 points
2. Quinn Hughes 353
4. McDavid 340
7. Bouchard - 324 (Pair with McDavid PP or too risky with D points from year to year?)
13. JT Miller 287 (Pair with Q. Hughes on the PP? but older)
20 Sebastian Aho 261
25. Noah Dobson 243 (breakout year)
34. Jason Robertson 217 points - disappointing year.
Robertson is where I was leaning but with the Defense scoring I'm not sure.
I also have Skinner in goal but I did fine piecing him together with a bunch of random goalies throughout the season.

Hard not to say Bouchard, given his status as a clear first rounder based on last year's performance. He'll probably step back a little bit, but not to the point where I'd think Robertson was more valuable. Miller's also a regression candidate and older, so he can't be the guy either.
In this scoring format you have to keep Bouchard. Simple as that.

Can Bouchard lose his valuable PP time ever with a slump? Nurse, Ekholm?
Bouchard is the same age as Robertson which is nice. Both turn 25.
I doubt Robertson will be there at pick 10 next year. I assume Robertson, Miller, Dobson, Aho off my team alone will be picked before me.
I'm not worried about Bouchard losing his PP time; there's no one presently on the roster that can do the job better. Certainly not Nurse.
The main argument against Bouchard in a long term keeper is that his contract with Edmonton lasts just through the end of next season, when he'll be an RFA. He'll be in line for a substantial raise at the same time as Draisaitl's contract ends, and with one year left on McDavid's contract. The Oilers won't really have anyone with a big salary coming off at the same time or prior (Ceci at $3.25 million being the highest expiring salary in the next two years). Nurse at $9.25, Ekholm at $6, McDavid at $12.5 and Hyman, Kane, and RNH between $5 and $5.5 do not leave a lot of room for Draisaitl and Bouchard. And you can't blow all your money on those two at the expense of not re-signing McDavid.
Through that lens, if you feel Bouchard isn't going to be re-signed, then the calculus may change.
