It comes down to roster construction and keeper limits, but it's pretty even. I see no issues with the trade if that's what you're asking.
It's a win now vs winning for later deal. Win win on both sides with the information I see.
This trade recently went down in our 12 team keeper league:
Team A receives Crosby, McAvoy from Team B for Hamilton, Perfetti, Barzal
It’s a points only league, no peripherals, no positional difference between forwards, but defence goals are worth 2 points. The Crosby side sits at first place and is thin on D. The Hamilton side sits dead last and is in rebuild mode.
What do you all think? Thanks for your input, rep incoming!

I dont think it's an uneven trade. I can see why Team A wants Crosby and McAvoy, especially if they are in 1st. They are going for the win and Team B clearly is looking at the forwards ages. Today I give the nod to Team A but in 3 yrs time, Team B could be in a better spot.
Sid's got this year and next left on his current deal. It's hard to say how much longer he's going to want to play. Right now, he's still showing he's got it and could easily play a few more years at a very high level.

Win now. Team A. Win later, team B.
IMO, the Crosby and the McDavid types are so hard to trade, as you never seem to get full value. Crosby isn't "The Kid", anymore, so this isn't a horrible trade. He's sell HIGH at the moment.
Agreed with the above.
Team A - Win Now
Team B- build for future.
Given the current rosters it looks like a very fair and logical trade.
