Trading Sorokin (giving up the best player)

I have been been offered one of Stamkos or Fiala, and any combination of the following players:
Hischier
Hintz
Cozens
Ullmark
Gustavsson
Burns
Dunn

These are my middling bottom 3 keeper options:
Chabot D
Vanecek G
Giroux C/RW
Necas C/RW
Reinhart C/RW
Kadri C
Trocheck C
Buchnevich C/LW -

I was planning to keep Necas, Trocheck and Vanecek. If I trade Sorokin I would likely take Stamkos, Gustavsson, Hintz and keep Trocheck in my last spot. (Possibly Ullmark?) The biggest problem I see with this configuration is I will have no RW in a very thin pool.

Is this enough of an upgrade on the bottom end of my keepers to do this and if so which combination of players would you go with?

Stamkos and Hintz might be slight upgrades on your existing guys, but none of it looks near worthy of moving Sorokin.

Doesn't seem worthwhile to me. I'm not doing deals where I give up the best piece in a limited keeper.

Not enough. Sorokin is superb and would require better assets in return.

You had me at (giving up the best player). If that's in play, you generally should be bowled over. That's not present here. Plus we have the issue of trading Sorokin creating another problem to solve.
