Where do we think he goes, assuming he is traded?
Los Angeles?
Edmonton?
Buffalo?
Toronto? (because you have to include Toronto in every trade rumor apparently)
"The Flyers are also working in a trade involving goalie Carter Hart. It's not at the finish line, like the Provorov deal, but Philly is actively on it, as @ADiMarco25 has also reported" From David Pagnotta

Buffalo is my pick. I would have said Columbus but if that was a possibility, it probably would have been worked into the 3way that just went down.

There's not a whole lot of teams out there that make sense really.
Ottawa - They need a goalie, but they don't have the picks to me to make it work.
Edmonton - Maybe, but it would have to include Campbell, which doesn't make sense.
Toronto - Makes some sense, but prolly would include Murray in a dump.
Winnipeg - After a Helly trade to retool?
Buffalo - But they have invested in goalies a ton the last few yrs. Levi, Leinonen, Portillo, and UPL.
Pittsburgh - Would involved Dubas giving picks as they don't have many prospects
Carolina - Would make sense as a 1A/1B with Kochetkov, they have extra picks.

Teams I think maybe...
Ottawa makes most sense to me... Talbot isn't coming back and no saying what Forsburg will be like after his knee surgeries.
Toronto also makes sense to pair with Samsonov, as Woll maybe still needs 1-2 more seasons in the minors.
Pittsburgh could also work, Dubas took a chance on Samsonov and maybe he'll do the same with Hart.
Teams I don't think at all...
Edmonton, being Philly just took on Petersen, I doubt they have the stomach to take on Campbell as well.
Buffalo is more likely to move on from UPL and stick with Comrie & Levi. Comrie being the number 1 next season and Levi becoming the number 1 the season after is my thought.
Carolina, I believe I heard on 32 thoughts that Andersen 100% wants to stay in Carolina, and is likely going to take a discount to do so. So he and Kochetkov become the tandem there.
Maybes...
Winnipeg for sure is a maybe, like you noted, maybe a Helle trade and a retool
Off the board ideas...
Chicago - Hart is still only 24... and he could still become a solid #1 with some more time, and could peak when Bedard and crew really get rolling
Montreal - They are starting to solidify their young core, and Primeau may still need some extended time in the minors
Detroit - Similar to Montreal... Cossa is still a bit away and Hart could back up Husso for the next few years.

I thought of this too because I think Hart is a great fit in Ottawa, especially timeline-wise. The part that doesn't fit is DeBrincat with what may quite possibly be a full teardown in Philly. So maybe it turns into another 3-way with another team in. That third team getting the Cat...

It would lay on DeBrincat being ok signing a deal in Philly. He can be QO for $9m so it's not like he would be not under Philly control, but before a trade would happen, he would need to want to extend in Philly.
Which like....would he? He's a hot commodity so it's not like it's Ottawa or Philly.

Debrincat is too old to be part of the Flyers rebuild, and I say this before having looked up how old he actually is. Checking that out, he's 25, which is definitely too old. Note that I don't think it's too old, but given what's going on in Philly, it's going to be a hard bottoming out.
If Debrincat is a core piece of the return, that tells me he's getting flipped elsewhere for picks or it's going to be a 3 team or more deal.
