I'd also do this but it's certainly not because Chabot is a significant improvement on AP in a points onlys. However, two things do favor Chabot, those games in hand this year although Chabot remains on IR at the moment so we'll see if that is actually an advantage. The most significant factor is the difference in age. I suspect Theodore will continue to slowly move AP out of the way, and while Brannstrom is a threat to Chabot, there should be plenty of points to go around on the Sens blueline as the Sens continue to improve. Not a slam dunk by any means, but I think this is a sideways move at it's worst and a "good bet" possible improvement for the future.
