Mess with Success in my Dynasty League?

I'm in a 14-team H2H full keep dynasty league with standard categories...

An owner has been inquiring about my Reinhart and offered me Hertl & Pionk for Reinhart & Jeff Carter. To me, that was an easy pass but I was thinking of offering the following:

I get: Hischier, Hertl & Werenski

I give: Reinhart, Couture & Carter

So I have a couple of questions here. First question is would this be a good return if giving up Reinhart? The 2nd question, I'm currently in 1st place so should I even tinker with my roster if things are working as-is? Any input is appreciated.

You can always be better and this makes you younger and better imo if they count FOW then Hischer is a beast in that department.

I think that's a good deal. Any assets you can get to remain competitive past the expiry of your older players like Couture and Carter is a good move. However, this is more of an off-season move imo if things are going well for you right now. You're trading the best player in the deal while you're in 1st and that wouldn't sit well with me personally. Also, if you can get Pionk do it I think he's a stud (unless you don't count hits and shots as much in which case maybe not?).
