70 man rosters, 23 active (4C, 6W, 1F, 6D, 1SKT, 2 G, 3 Res) 47 minor spots.

70 round slow draft starting in may/June.

Scoring is low to keep low end players relavent. G is 1, assist .5, hits .015, etc
