Ullmark for this year and probably next. Then, probably Blackwood gets the edge. But goaltending is so hard to project that I'd rather pick Ullmark as the safest bet of the two.

Ullmark is the better pick. He's been great even in BUF and he'll have plenty of opportunity to take over BOS net for this and years to come. Rask will retire after this season IMO.
Ullmark for me. As the poster above me said, this is likely Rask's last year, assuming he plays again. If you're not really in love with either of these guys, Ullmark's more likely to hold value early on so that you can flip him.

Definitely Ullmark. Blackwood was pretty bad last year except for his first 10 or so games. He needs a strong rebound to prove that he's better than a 1b. I realize the team was bad but his numbers were part of the reason.

Another vote for Ullmark.
He was bad because he was very hard hit from covid. He had a lot of long term residual effects from it. I would say that his first two seasons posting a .918 and .915 is a better representation of his talent.
Which is why I have no idea why he's anti-vax. His mom is President and CEO at Thunder Bay Health Science Centre too.

Ullmark is good, but too much injury prone
