Cheers to Lundy! What a performer. I'll always remember his dejected looks when he lost in the playoffs. A true warrior who wanted to win so badly.

In 2006 I traded Dan Hamhuis and a first round pick for King Henrik in my dynasty keeper. I then went on to win 4 championships in 6 years, and this was in a 24 team league.
He was sick good. I remember guys in my league talking trash about him and I always laughed. I finally said look at his stats… he is the single most consistent goalie in the world, and has been for years. A couple of the guys looked at his stats seriously. They stopped trash talking.
I am thinking first ballot Hall of Famer. Number retiring for the Rangers. Only blemish is zero cups. I still argue greatest goalie in the world for several years and maybe in that generation.
