I think I would offer either Fagemo or the 2nd, and do whichever it takes to get it done.
I'm a contender (2nd place) and in need of a D. Should I make this trade? Ellis is at 7.1 PPG, Bertuzzi is at 5.1 (I just can't deal with his slump during fantasy playoffs)
If not, is Bertuzzi + 2nd round better?

Other manager has expressed interest in both the 2nd round and Fagemo on top of Bertuzzi -- in a 12 team keep all league, is my 2nd round this year more valuable or is Fagemo?)
I'll say Fagemo because of the name recognition factor in selling him off later, and the fact he will be closer to the NHL than whoever you pick with the second rounder.

I'd say Fagemo is more valuable to you than a second rounder (better known, closer to NHL), so move the pick.
