I would take Theodore and Mason. I just dumped Huet. He had his chance to shine with Khabi hurt and he lost 2, including one to the lowly Kings. Plus Khabi is coming back next week. Huet is a #2 in Chicago until/if Khabi gets traded, which is looking less likely as he and the Hawks play well.
I am not thrilled with Theodore, but Mason looks good every time he plays. At least you will get more starts with both of them. Huet earned a seat on the bench this week.
