Given those options Id probably keep Spurgeon and Weber.

Coleman
Perron
C. Perry
on D...
Weber
Spurgeon
Lindell
Seabrook
Brodie
We play 2c,2lw,2rw,4d and 1 util with 2 IR spots on hand
Given those options Id probably keep Spurgeon and Weber.
Weber & Coleman.
We know what Weber can do.
Coleman shoots, scores, and gets PIM. He also hits & blocks, but that's not helpful here.

Weber is a lock from that group.
Considering who is available I think I would add a third D-man so you can focus on drafting/improving your forward group early in the draft. So I’d go with Spurgeon or even Lindell.
Weber and either Spurgeon or Perron.

Weber and one of Spurgeon and Coleman..probably Coleman.
Devils & Predators fan
Coleman and Weber.
Coleman is prolly a good bet for 40pts, but can jump to 55pts pretty quickly.
---EDIT---
Actually, I switching to Weber and Spurgeon. He's a 40-50pt dman. More worthy than a 50pt forward.

Go with the two Defense in Weber and Spurgeon.

Do you have to keep all 9 players. Or can you keep fewer and draft earlier?

Gotta keep the 9. I’d like to draft earlier though.
Weber is a lock. I’ll see how pre-season goes with Coleman and Spurgeon.
This is my first year in this league, so I don’t know who to expect to be available in the draft.

(No I don't have a hockey problem...)
Where you start 2 of each F position & you have each 2 spots covered and start 4D - and only keeping 1
I would keep Weber and Spurgeon.
Weber's a lock.
Coleman, while gives 200+ SOG, his point ceiling is waiver wire replaceable... Vatrano, Johnsson will give you similar SOG totals and similar point totals, well Johnsson higher point totals... but I think point taken.
Spurgeon gives you better coverage with your starting positions.
I prefer Eskimo's idea of trying to upgrade your last spot though... easily the best thing to try to do.
If not possible, then Spurgeon.
