ROS I'd go with Ho-Sang. I think he has a better opportunity to stick with the big club and play in a more impactful role. Florida's F's are deep so even if Borgstrom stays, I don't see him getting very much TOI.

Borgstrom for sure but I don't expect that many points from him ROS. He's more of a next season and beyond phenomenon.

Borgstrom for me.
I do think HO-Sang stands a chance of turning into a good player. But I don't know if he will ever reach the ceiling many had expected from him when drafted. Borgstrom looks to stand a better chance of reaching his though. That doesn't mean Ho-Sang definitely won't, I just don't think it likely. I do think he could still turn out to be a top 6 winger though, more of a 2nd line winger probably. But who knows really. Borgstrom the safer option though for sure.
