I like Laine here because of the winger status however his feast and famine trend when scoring discourages me. I think for the record outside of his shot and ability to find open ice he's the least dynamic or skilled of the three. Seems he can be a real dog in real hockey when he gets down on himself which happens often.
12 Team Keep 5 (2 F, 1 D, 1 G, 1 Any) G,A,PTS,PPP,SOG,HITS,PIMS,W,GAA and Sv%.

Eichel is number one for a couple of reasons from me, mainly I think he has the highest overall ceiling and a bonus from FOW.
Laine is decent here as well due to him being goal heavy and the GWG category, but he's not on Eichel's level and as has been stated, has shown to be streaky which can be detrimental in a H2H league.
I just don't know enough about Pettersen to rank him yet. He could leapfrog Laine and get close to Eichel, or he might not reach either of them.
Laine only because you've got some solid centers already and won't need the boost in FW. Eichel is definitely (proven) the most impactful and dynamic player of the 3, he and Pettersen both drive their offenses but its too soon to be able to confidently predict the upside of Pettersen.

"Cleavage is like the sun. You can look, but dont stare.. Unless you're wearing sunglasses."
Those will improve as he gains experience. The main takeaway is that he'll likely be the C they deploy with the highest icetime and opportunities, and with more and more experience, the numbers will improve. Regardless of the FOW, his offensive upside should carry him over Laine.
