Pretty sad list. If I had to take two I'd say Elliott and Hutton.
W, GAA, SV%, SHO. 1 goalie start per day
I inherited a nightmare in goal and only own Saros.
This league has very minimal trades and these are the top available goalies.
Which one or two of these guys stands out? Thank you

Grubauer
Elliott
Lehner

Greiss
Bernier
Hart

The bolded players stand out.
Varlamov
Hutton - Can't argue with last year's stats
Grubauer
Elliott
Lehner - Could start 60 games this season
Mrazek - Still 26 and only a few years removed from being a solid up and coming goalie
Howard
Dell
Greiss
Bernier
Hart - His junior numbers are outstanding. A long-term project.
Ullmark
- I said... "God damn this tablet is heavy!"
At this point you have choices between a vet who will start 60+ games on a terrible team (Howard), young goalies with no clear path to a full-time gig (Grubauer, Ullmark, Hart), and vets who are not likely to pass the 50 start mark (everyone else).
The one advantage you have is that you can swap goalies in and out during the week, so floating a few talented backups/1Bs could be an option. Not sure about roster limitations, but you could try to juggle a three-headed monster with, say, Grubauer, Saros, and Hart (or one of the vets - I'd probably go with Elliott - if that's too much risk for you), and see if anyone takes charge in their crease during the season.
16 team league, keep 12 plus *4 1st/2nd year players (16 total)

Note: Defencemen receive 1 point per 45 mins of ice time (1-2 points per week, ~30-35 pts per season).

Defense:
*S. Theodore, S. Gostisbehere, *M. Matheson, J. Trouba
Goalie:
M. Murray
First things first, definitely Elliott. The only thing holding him back from a great season is his health. After him, I'd probably be looking at Grubauer/Varlamov. These guys not only have a reasonable current situation in Colorado, but future upside and legit career averages. If Varlamov leaves in free-agency next offseason, you could have a couple nice starters on your hands. Elliott is just someone you can flip for a longer-term option, he will have value this season.

Goalies are voodoo and chances are you're going to pick incorrectly. Accept that.
Have you hit acceptance yet? Nope? You're going to guess wrong.
Got it?
Here's the good news: if you're smart about this, it doesn't matter if you pick right.
Grab the handcuffs, so you have the starts from the team locked up.
I'd rank them like this:
Varlamov + Grubauer
Hutton + Ullmark
Lehner + Greiss
Howard + Bernier
You don’t like Elliott/Hart, fantasyhockeygeek? I am open to the tandem idea, but it has to be a decent team. Avalanche could work.

Hart isn't the tandem for Elliott for another couple years. See Gibson, Vasilevski, Hellebuyck for how long it takes young goalies to seize the reigns vs their fantasy owners' expectations.
Who says Buffalo isn't a decent team this year? Or the Islanders in a couple years? I expect Colorado to regress a bit, Buffalo to step forward.
Hutton, Elliott
with a * beside Mrazek & Lehner

I like this idea a lot, but I want to add Elliott/Hart. I've been saying for better part of the last 2 months that Hart isn't seeing the NHL this season. I am coming around on that, for 2 reasons.
1. He's not a year or two away from being in the tandem - he's an injury away, and we're talking about Brian Elliott & Anthony Stolarz as the 2 guys in front of him that could get hurt. Lyon is out for a month or so, and Neuvirth is out and "not day-to-day", let's call that a "Neuvy" of time, which is 1.5 weeks to 1.5 months, and variable.
2. Frankly, there's a chance Stolarz is passed by Hart pretty quickly if he plays poorly as the backup in the NHL, and Hart shines in the AHL.

I will give Lehner a chance here. He’s a nice candidate for a bounce back season. I think the Isles could surprise this year if he can play at his full potential
