Long term definitely Gillies. This year, Domingue since he’s actually going to be the backup on a good team. Gillies should be getting a bunch of starts in the minors while Rittich backs up Smith. That would make sense.

Domingue really bombed at the beginning of last season, but being traded to one of the best teams in the league was a blessing. If he proves to be a capable backup he could still have some value. I don't expect him to lose 2/3 of his starts like the guide says.
Gillies has Rittich to contend with(?) but Smith won't be around forever.
Who would you rather have for long term?

Gillies long-term, as he doesn't have the sucktastic track record of Domingue. Gillies has a theoretical path to a starter's job that doesn't include both the guy in front of him getting hurt, and the team not trading for a fill-in to keep the team going.
Predicting goalie wins for backups is really hard, and while Domingue has consistently been a below average to horrible goalie, I'm willing to see if he can get himself up to average on a better team in Tampa. In a one year, he's worth a flyer, but honestly, unless it's s uper deep league, or you are handcuffing Tampa's goalie, there should be better options in dynasty.

If one booms into a #1 goalie it'll be Gillies. So with any long-term implications take your shot with him.
