    Default Gardiner or Ekblad?

Who would you prefer to keep for a limited keeper, with scoring stats of G, A, shots, PPP, PIM, hits, blocks.

Concussions and decline of points concern me on Ekblad, but conversely feel his upside is much higher.

    Who would you pick?

    Ekblad.

He's 21 yrs of age. Averaged 75 gp over 3 years in the nhl.
He's come out saying he's 100% healthy. Expect a big turnaround from him.
Being only 21 his peak is yet to come.

Gardiner, 27 yrs of age. Solid producer, durable.

Ekblad shows signs of producing at a higher rate in most all categories with exception to points.

I would be confident keeping Ekblad over Gardiner.

Good answer from Puck Legend ^^^

Gardiner has the edge on assists, Ekblad will have the edge on shots, PIM, hits and blocks. G is likely a wash and PPP an open question depending on the new coach in FLA and whether Babcock moves Rielly onto PP1.

Ekblad is the guy in these cats

Ekblad. His shooting percentage was very low last season. I'd expect a few more goals this season if he continues to put up shot totals like last season.

Ekblad for me as well with those cats. Points only I would go with Gardiner though.

I'm as down on Ekblad as nearly anyone can be, but Gardiner is only a beast in points leagues. With all these other categories I think you go with Ekblad, since Gardiner could outpoint him by 5-10 and this would still be a wash based on peripherals. And of course Ekblad could always break through points-wise (longshot in my book), in which case the gap would widen.
