got the chance to land Provorov who looks like he could be an elite dman in this league for a long time for my Gostisbehere, debating if I should take it or not, Ghost has the PP1 spot locked right now think Provorov eventually take it from him?, or does PHI use Ghost/Pro like STL did Shatty/Pietra?

Provorov could surpass Ghost as early as next season, but it's a risk. If you have a serious chance to win your league then I'd stick with Ghost.
