Food!!!!!
I met a girl at a party on Friday but turned out she was the mystery girl one of my best friends was seeing in the summer but we (group of friends) never met her. She likely knew I was my friends friend (we’re best friends), but never told me. I had to defuse that this morning.
So now I have a date with this girl and one less friend. No I’m joking, she understood and he was pissed at her and not me. Dodge a potential nuclear bomb on that one.

I like David Gilmour's guitar solo from 'comfortably numb'.
It's quite rainy where i am, and all i could think of when driving to work was, "why are the lanes on the road painted white?". The glare off of the wet road from headlights makes the painted lines invisible.

But couldn't they do let's say a yellow with white flakes, or a reflector every 5th line? Just seems like the it's near impossible to see when it rains. I feel like this is something people haven't invested time in to make it better because it's just been this way forever, and the line colours are widespread common.

Yellow vs white lines do actually have different situational meanings, so the colour isn't changing. The reflectors are starting to become a lot more widespread, but it's happening slowly. I do think they are a big thing that needs to become more common though, you're right.

I've tried picking out the difference from yellow vs white, but yellow seems to go out the window in rural areas, or it's all just yellow. But the whole rain thing bugs me on the highway because I go over lake Ontario sometimes, with a bunch of transport trucks, and blowing rain (with it kicking up off cars). Just can't see the lanes at all.

^From Google.WHITE LINES painted on the pavement indicate traffic traveling in your direction. Broken White Line: you may change lanes if it is safe to do so. Solid White Line: requires you to stay within the lane and also marks the shoulder of the roadway. YELLOW LINES mark the center of a two-way road used for two-way traffic.
I do agree that rain makes it a lot tougher, and especially on the skyway it would make a lot of sense to get some reflectors in.

watching the TB vs DET game and there was a short 10-15 second of the game where the announcers never said anything and all you hers was the sounds of the rink. Be nice to watch a game and have no announcers but still hear everything else. Could probably hear the players curse more on the ice....like the usual "AH *#$%"
