Ah it's been a while since we had some rumour chat. Maybe this is a desperation squeeze.

Surprised E. Kane wasn't on the list. Or is he in Buffalo going forward for sure?
Unsigned RFAs also would've been good to add.

I don't see how Buffalo can move him TBH - think it's just the leash has gotten even shorter...

The TB/Pit goaltending situation would be another one, but that has already been beaten to death.

    E. Kane is a story to watch too. Two of the RFAs were covered, but Gaudreau wasn't interestingly enough.

Gadreau will be fine... That deal gets done I just think there's no real rush on either side

I'm not worried either, but the media will turn it into a story and make us wonder. Every day that goes by now brings us a day closer to the start of the season where he doesn't have a contract.

Yeah I think the Kane situation is the only real story. Everything else should fall into place. Though the Trouba situation could get
    Ugly. Think he's ultimately traded.
Man the 'peg' has some serious depth.

Shame it's not in net... Or at least that they play what they have in net

    From the article.

Veterans available: The Dallas Stars’ signing of Jiri Hudler and the New York Rangers' addition of Brandon Pirri are reminders that there are still intriguing names in the marketplace.

Defenseman Kris Russell seems to be this year’s version of Cody Franson. With several teams looking for defensive help, shot blocker Russell could turn out to be a bargain addition.

Russell, Patrick Elias, Brandon Pirri, Kyle Quincey, Dominic Moore and Dennis Seidenberg are among players still out of work.
