The pick I would be trading up for is 3rd overall.

So essentially

I trade:
5th, 9th and 12th overall

For
Barrie and 3rd (McDavid, eichle, panarin)

I would be jumping all over that.

If it's the team in your signature I don't know... Reason being that's depth that you are giving up that you don't necessarily have

I'd do that in a heartbeat. Barrie & Panarin/Eichel are easily worth giving up the 12th prospect pick.
