Top 10 thinking too short term. Coulda had Nilsson instead for that same price. Probably a good call on his part.
Was curious on how things were going and Temek continues to be in a strong position, both in current production and game management. He'll be tough to beat, unless he encounters a few slumps and/or injuries. Still a long way to go, of course.

Thanks Eric! Literally two minutes to post after I asked!? Seriously? Wow!
Just so everyone knows, my team is kind of a big deal in the second half.
How about another update? Thanks.

Looks like temek is going to coast to victory unless something dramatic happens!

Any league will be a reflection of the fantasy hockey passion of the GMs.
The DobberPRO league uses pretty much the same format as your league.
There's about four teams that I would say still have a shot to win that league... and I'd say nine others do not.
There are 13 teams total.
All 13 have logged in this week, 12 have activity yesterday or today (including teams that are 30+, 40+, 50+ points out of first and have no shot).
All 13 have skater rosters that are at or above GP pace for skaters [ranging from 1086gp(+2 over pace!) to 1182gp(+98 over pace!)].
All 13 have made 7+ waiver claims.
And the league now officially has EVERY #1 and back-up goalie on every NHL team owned.
Of course... some of us are still under this veil of hope that being promoted to the "Experts" league is a wonderful thing.
And... well, we have to fight in our leagues to avoid relegation.
I guess that's two major differences between PRO and "Experts".
Didn't make a difference in the end. Nilsson and Condon haven't been getting enough starts. I dropped Condon and would have dropped Nilsson as well. I will say I did try to get a number one goalie. I offered something like Stamkos-plus for Price-plus but was rebuffed. Same with a number of other offers.
I now roster five goalies, none of them world-beaters (Andersen, Gibson, Lehner, Talbot and Domingue). That's allowed me to catch up in wins (sixth overall) and saves (third overall), but GAA is still bad (11th). Considering I was bottom three in all three goalie cats by the end of November/middle of December, that's not bad. My offence is taking a bit of a hit, but I'm happy with fourth overall.
Writer of the weekly Top 10 column.
12-team Keeper pool, straight points for forwards & dmen. Goalies get: 2 points per win, 3 per shutout, 1 point per assist & 1 point per shootout loss.
League champ in 2013, 2015, 2018, 2020 and 2022.
Top 8 forwards, 5 dmen and 2 goalies count.
We keep 15 players (any position) plus two rookies.

Defence: Hedman, Fox, Matheson, Thrun, Jiricek
Goalies: Kochetkov, Talbot, Vasilevskiy, Campbell, Schmid
