I'd probably drop Connolly for now and see how the PP time shakes out for the defenseman.
It would help to see the entire roster though.

I would agree drop Connolly.
When on his game Green can produce like a forward....
I also think that when Shattenkirk comes back Parayko will lose some of his lustre.
Drop Connolly, and then decide between Stralman and Parayko....drop one of them later and pick up another forward. Connolly is replaceable
