While I think the Bruins will be worse this year, Rask is too talented and too good of a goalie for him to do terrible. I think this is just a rough start for him
Don't bite and sell him now that he's 'low.' I would personally hold onto him in a keeper/dynasty format. If you must trade him, do so after he strings together a series of strong starts- and he will
I am a die-hard Avalanche fan!

I'm beginning to lower my expectations a tad after the horrendous start, but I still believe Rask will bounce back and have a statistically acceptable season.
Hold off on the knee-jerk reactions and fire sales fellas - if you really have to trade him at least wait for a streak.
Agreed, no selling low, that was a given to me. However, as I said earlier, I am willing to overpay to get a goalie who will very likely put up better stats, such as Holtby (Rask+Marner+Rantanen; so give up some future F potential for an improvement in G now and foreseeable future). That to me is a reasonable overpayment. But I wouldn't trade him say for Halak right now.
I can't promise I'll try but I'll try to try.
Over/under for end-of-season stats?

He should be good for that stat line. I'm confident about the 30, the .920 will be close.

I have six one-year teams, and on two of them I was at a point in the draft where I had to take a goalie. My #1 ranked G at that point was Rask (my ranking was 1.Price, 2.Hank, 3.Rask, 4.Rinne, 5.Holtby). But even though I spent weeks creating those pre-draft rankings, a gut feeling made me throw everything out the window in less than 60 seconds and I took Holtby instead (Rinne must've been gone I guess...).
Today, I should light a candle every day for that decision.
I don't know if there is a better word to describe his start of the year because it's been worse than just awful.
Keeper's league, points only, 24 teams league Skaters: 1 pt for goal and 1 pt for assist, Goalie, 2 pts for win, + 2 pts for SO
I did the exact opposite in one of my leagues. Had Holtby ranked higher and took Rask over him at the last second based on a gut feeling. Must have been a bad burrito
