    Colorado has acquired Carl Soderberg from Boston in exchange for a sixth-round pick in the 2016 NHL Draft.
    That selection was actually previously acquired from the Bruins in the Max Talbot deal. Soderberg notched 13 goals and 31 assists in 82 games with Boston last season. He is eligible for unrestricted free agency, but now the Avalanche can try to negotiate a contract with him before July 1.
