By your SIG, this is a 9F/4D league... so forwards should be valued higher.
I also see a heavy-weight on points.
You want a forward that will play PP and rack up points.
Personally, I'm not taking Hanifin as it should be a while before he reaches a PP for any of ARI, TOR, or CAR.
I think it's one of Strome/Marner. I think Marner, being of smaller stature and possibly getting wing time, will have the smoother transition to the NHL.
Strome seems (from what I read) to be a future center... and he's a big guy... and big-framed guys... and young centers (Strome being both)... often have very bumpy roads/adjustments to the NHL.
[As somebody that grew up in Red Wings country, and as a Flyers fan, an example is Keith Primeau - the #3 overall pick in the 1990 entry draft. It was his 4th year, age 23, when he finally busted-out for 73pts in 78gp.)
If either of those (Strome/Marner) gets selected by ARI... I'd go with that player.
ARI lacks so much talent, that I think their selection will rise quickly to the NHL... faster than TOR pick will. (since TOR is a cap spending team that may stock talent in the FA market).
If ARI takes a forward, I'm taking that guy.
If ARI drafts Hanifin... then...
I look to whoever CAR/NJ/PHI has drafted and pick the guy that could rise to a PP the fastest.
Probably Mitch Marner in points-heavy league... though Strome (if ARI) might be my pick just out of opportunity.
