Aside from Beaulieu I don't think there were any casualties that might stretch into the second round... yay for D depth!

There's only so many moot points available until you start tempting Hal Gill to come out of retirement. I'd rather keep the current moot points healthy, thank you very much.

Price is nominated for the Vezina
Subban is nominated for the Norris
Price should be nominated for the Hart

    Maybe more?

I like the schedule vs. Detroit more than vs. Tampa. An other reason for the Wings to win that series!

I think most people would deem the wings a more favourable matchup despite the bolts perceived post season struggles. Regardless of opposition though, the extra days off should be very beneficial for the Habs as the series progresses. Particularly for Max who seemed to slowly get more involved as the Ottawa series progressed.

I've said it before that whatever struggles the Lightning have in the postseason won't matter if they make it to round 2. They'll wake up if they match up vs Habs. I don't mind either way. Playoffs are not supposed to be easy.

I don't like either schedule.. They should play the games in 7 straight days!! HaHa..

Not sure how you can like one schedule over the other?? Let's just drop the puck already..

My only preference would be to not have the B2B on May 6/7

I would prefer Detroit mainly because the coverage would be less annoying heading in. I can only stand so much "revenge factor" and "overcoming demons". Also, TB has been outstanding this year vs MTL.

I agree with you.. I think playing Habs wakes TB up.. TB seems to really limit other teams scoring chances, they are very underrated in that department..
