Re: Lincecum, Peavy or an extra bat with last pick.
I've never played in a league this deep so I can't say for sure but this looks like a team that is in need of some re-tooling and I wouldn't expect to be near the top of the standings this season.
I'll break this down by position to make it easier...
C- Sal Perez is a solid catcher in this league. Not amazing, but solid production and young enough to build around (although nobody should build around a catcher).
1B - Jones and Moreland should be bench options in this league. Either of them could surprise and put up somewhere around 20 HR's and 65+ RBI but I wouldn't hold my breath. This is an area of weakness that needs to be addressed. If you want possible sleepers who could outperform your guys but may be perceived as worth less than them I'd say Allen Craig, Ike Davis and Kendrys Morales are low cost alternatives. I would personally drop Moreland for any of the above if they are available.
2B - Gennett is actually a sleeper himself. I'd say he is an adequate starting option in a 20-team league. He's leading off for the Brewers and played pretty well last year, if he can figure out left handed pitching he could shine. LeMahieu is alright on the bench, nothing flashy.
SS - Another area of weakness but Semein gaining eligibility will help and Lindor could save you whenever he does get to the Show. Sleepers in this area include: Everth Cabrera (i'd take him over Eduardo), J.P. Crawford (Minor League this year) and Odubel Herrara (should bat second in the Phillies lineup)
3B - Another area of weakness. Moose better get it together this year or he's going to be out of a job soon. I would target Joey Gallo and Miguel Sano for next season. But this is also an area that you can address via trade by giving up an outfielder.
OF- Like you said, it's pretty solid. A lot of Colorado Rockies which is kinda funny but they do hit at home. I would seriously shop Gonzalez and Blackmon if they start hot.
SP - I would trade Tanaka if he starts hot and a good offer came around. Dude is pitching on partially torn UCL that he did not get surgery for. I don't care what he does in April, I'd be afraid of him missing the next 13 months with every passing start. Burnett and House could be solid backend options. If Peavy is still available he's also worth a spot over Anderson.
SP/RP - Lincecum believes he has fixed his command issues but I don't know if it matters. He's still a guy who will have an ERA above 4. If he lights it up at the beginning of the year; which he might because he plays San Diego, I would try to sell him on name value.
RP - Not much here. Your closers are fine. Walden and Herrara (Kelvin?) are actually good Holds options. I would get Walden now.
Other sleeper starting pitchers: Patrick Corbin, Brandon Morrow, Wade Miley (I could list quite a few but who knows how many I'd be right on haha)
Other sleeper relief pitchers....Danny Farquar could steal the closer's job from Rodney and Joakim Soria could steal the closer's from Nathan
Top candidates to drop (in order): Moreland, Escobar, Anderson, LeMahieu, House
