How am I supposed to provide evidence for everything that I remember? I specifically remember him saying this in ramblings, maybe some articles as well. If you paid attention to his stuff you would know he always said this.

I think if the Oilers lose the next 3 games in their home stand and start the season 0-6-1, Eakins is gone. This is an entirely plausible scenario.
